Our Live Arrival Guarantee ensures that your fish will arrive alive and healthy. In the unfortunate event of a dead-on-arrival (D.O.A.) fish, we offer a full replacement, with only the cost of shipping to be covered by you. To qualify for this guarantee, we require clear photographic and video evidence of the D.O.A. fish, submitted to us within 30 minutes of the delivery time.
To claim a replacement, please send the required picture and video, along with your name, to (224) 433-4446. Submissions received later than 30 minutes after delivery will void the D.O.A. policy. This time limit allows us to promptly address any issues and maintain the integrity of our guarantee.
Please note that our responsibility concludes upon shipment of your order. We are not liable for any losses or delays incurred during transit, as these are factors outside of our control.
